How does PLUTO e-bike subscription work?PLUTO is a flexible monthly e-bike subscription. This means for a fixed monthly fee you get your own e-bikes, theft covers and rider support via our dedicated chat support, email and telephone lines

Can I do a test ride on one of your e-bikes?Absolutely! We host the test ride in our facility in Reading (Berkshire). You can swing by once we have you scheduled in our calendar. The test ride is a great idea to get you started with the type of e-bike that you would need

Do I have to provide any documents to use e-bike subscription?Yes, we usually require standard verification documents. For non-delivery riders (riding less than 700 miles a month) : - photo ID proof (DL, passport, BRP etc) - current address proof (utility bill, rental agreement etc) For delivery riders : - photo ID proof (DL, passport, BRP etc ) - current address proof (last 3 months bank statement, utility bill, rental agreement etc) We do not share your documents/images with any outside party/person/organisation. The documents provided by you are considered confidence and are only used for verification purposes at the beginning of the contract.

What accessories do my e-bike comes with?Your Pluto e-bike comes with a gold standard lock, e-bike cover and a padded saddle along with the other standard e-bike necessities. Please give us a shout in case you would required any additional upgrades or requirements, our friendly team might be able to accommodate your needs.

Are the e-bikes new or used?We take care of every e-bike returned back to us. We try our best to allocate a new e-bike to you with almost no miles ridden. However, we cannot promise this because due to heavy demand most of our e-bikes are on road almost all the time. When they are returned back to us, we service them and replace several parts with the new ones. This means, that every e-bike that we deliver is in the perfect condition and does not need any attention from your side!

Am I able to add my accessories and upgrades in my subscription?Absolutely! We do sell discounted cycling essentials such as lights, helmets and phone mounts at sign-up (which are yours to keep!) but if you’re looking for specific accessories and want some suggestions drop us a line and one of our experts will grab some recommendations for you

Is there a minimum timeframe I need to be subscribed for?On our rolling subscription, there’s a minimum 2 months requirement but all of our subscriptions do have a 15-day notice period after the second month ends. You can cancel your subscription from your account or simply email/call us and arrange a collection for a time that works best for you. Our email is : support@plutoebike.com
