Did your e-bike get stolen? : 5 steps to do
Don't panic. Follow the steps below.
Step 1 : take a picture of the broken gold standard e-bike lock
Step 2 : call police complaint number (call 101). Answer their questions and share the information of the stolen e-bike (including your e-bike serial number)
Step 3 : share any picture/other details if required
Step 4 : note down the complaint number given by the police helpline
Step 5 : contact us at our helpline number (07435718906) and share the police complaint number and other details asked by us
