Warranty Policy

All of our bikes are backed by a comprehensive warranty to protect you against any manufacturing defects, ensuring that you can enjoy your ride with peace of mind. Additionally, most non-wearable components and accessories, such as frames, handlebars, and pedals, are covered under a 12-month limited warranty. This coverage is designed to offer further protection, should you experience any issues due to materials or workmanship.

Built & Ready to Ride : Your e-bike will be built and inspected by a qualified member of the engineering team before being boxed up and sent to you. If the e-bike is partly assembled (based upon your shipping location), all you’ll need to do is to use the tool box supplied, follow the manual instructions to straighten the handlebars, attach the pedals, attach the monitor and throttle and adjust the seat post, Remember to switch ON the battery before taking your first ride.

To ensure your safety and the longevity of your bike, it’s essential that you schedule your post-delivery inspection. Improper assembly or setup can lead to hazardous riding conditions and may unfortunately void the warranty. We highly recommend having your bike professionally inspected and set up following delivery. Furthermore, please keep in mind that throughout the hire period, all equipment, along with the e-bike, remains the property of Pluto e-bike. It is your responsibility to ensure that you do nothing to invalidate the warranty. This includes adhering to proper maintenance guidelines and using the bike as intended. If, at the end of the hire period, you decide to purchase the bike, we will gladly transfer the remaining warranty to you, so you can continue to enjoy the same level of protection.

If any issues arise with your bike, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work closely with the manufacturer to resolve the problem in accordance with their terms and conditions. Our goal is to provide a swift resolution within a reasonable time frame, minimising any disruption to your cycling experience. In the event that your bike needs to be repaired or replaced, we will coordinate with the brand to ensure that the process is handled efficiently.

Additionally, we understand the inconvenience that a bike issue can cause, and as part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we will do our best to offer you a suitable courtesy bike to use while your warranty claim is being processed. This is, of course, subject to availability, but we’ll make every effort to ensure you’re not without a bike during this time.
